This package provides a process to calibrate and evaluate a model to predict simulated damage to the brain's resting state networks (RSN) for a given set of impact conditions.
This methodology was implemented in the paper: Schroder A, Lawrence T, Voets N, Garcia-Gonzalez D, Jones M, Pena J-M, Jerusalem A. 'A machine learning enhanced mechanistic simulation framework for functional deficit prediction in TBI' Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology, SI: Advances in Brain Mechanics, 9:587082, 2021.
